A visiting card that talks back.

The QR code on Himanshu's card opens a one-screen page with seven visitor journeys, so every kind of contact gets a useful next step.

The problem

People scan a visiting card for very different reasons: to remember who you are, ask for help, share an idea, explore working together, or simply say hello. A single profile page serves none of them well, and a chatbot would feel salesy and unpredictable.

The decisions

  1. 01

Seven journeys instead of one profile.

The landing asks one question, why you scanned, and offers seven answers. Each answer opens a short journey written for that intent.

  2. 02

    Rule-based, not AI.

Recommendations, idea summaries and message drafts come from tested rules. The page says the same thing every time and never invents details.

  3. 03

One screen, no scrolling, on any phone.

Row height and type scale with screen height. On short screens the name row hides so the options always stay above the fold.

  4. 04

Contact is always one tap away.

Every journey drafts a message for the visitor. A single bottom bar opens it, instead of a different form in every section.

The thinking behind it

Why complex products lose users before the work begins.Complex products rarely fail because they lack capability. They fail when people cannot see what to do, what changes next or why the system needs their attention.
