Project enquiries
When you send the contact form, we store your name, email, company, selected service and message in our configured Supabase database so we can respond. Enquiries are not publicly readable. Do not include passwords, confidential credentials or sensitive personal information.
The Let's connect page
On minimark.in/letsconnect we keep anonymous usage records in our own Supabase database: where the visit came from (for example a QR code or LinkedIn), which sections were opened, which links were clicked, the device type and the time spent. A random visit identifier is stored in your browser so visits can be counted; it is not linked to your name, email or IP address, and nothing you type is recorded. If you choose to leave your email in the "Keep in touch" or a similar offer and tick the consent box, we store that email with the offer you chose and that visit's record, and use it only for what you asked for. Messages you send from the page reach us by email with the same visit context. To have your email or messages deleted, use the contact form or reply to any email from us.
Tools
Calculators, formatting tools and checkers process your inputs in your browser. Their inputs are not saved to our enquiry records. Share links include calculator assumptions only when you choose to copy a share link.
Article audio
Article narration is pre-generated from our published article text and hosted by this website, not recorded from your microphone. Playback does not require a recording or microphone access.
Requests about your data
Use the contact form to request access, correction or deletion of an enquiry. Include the email you originally used so we can verify the request before acting.
